THE CLASSES I TEACH
*Hatha Yoga – Beginners to advance . Using body postures and breath awareness to gain focus, still the mind and gain mastery over our senses and then moving into meditation. In Hatha yoga we learn to move beyond the mind, expanding our bodies potential, exploring breath, posture, meditation, relaxation and the healing benefits of this practice.
*Yin Yoga – suitable for everyone. Relaxing and meditative practice that helps your body stay supple and flexible. The perfect practice to keep the body tissues young and juicy while cultivating a quiet mind and spirit. Suitable for athletes as a way to prevent injuries and gain mobility. Yin Yoga is the best “anti-aging” practice as it keeps you soft and flexible from inside out - it promotes a quiet and centered mind and deepens your connection with your physical body as it helps trauma, stress and past injuries to heal and be released. A quiet practice that teaches us the great power that we gain from stillness and silence.
*Vinyasa Flow – intermediate /advance Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. This class will help you build overall strength, flexibility , focus and higher sense of trust in your own capacities .Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The structure of the classe contemplates body awareness, breathing techniques, sequencing of postures, final relaxation, meditation, intention setting.
*Kundalini Yoga – all levels Kundalini is the yoga of energy. Using the power of breath to ignite your inner fire, keeping your spine strong and flexible, your mind single pointed and your hormonal system young – that is the power of this yoga practice. Chakra clearing and balancing are some of the amazing benefits of this type of yoga. You will be able to dive deeper into a meditative state at the end of the class.
The class format outside the retreat is a one-o-one (up to 2 people) or small group (from 3 people), on demand. The lessons take place in studio or at your home (mobile)* and are pre-booked and pre-payed. *extra fee
