My healing journey
I cannot imagine my life without Yoga and breathing .
It all started when I was living in Munich, Germany, working on a very fancy television channel - I studied Mass Media and that was like a dream job!
After few years my body started giving me the signs that it was not the ideal place for me to be . The headaches started to happen and it seemed like there was no reason for that - I had a good diet, did exercise and felt very healthy and strong.
I was always very interested in nutrition, exercise and Yoga from an early age and my moto was "My body is my temple"!
Something was not right in my temple - I had headaches and started to loose weight. So I started to search for ways to improve my state od health.
Luckely I found this amazing teacher and started my regular yoga practice with a group of elder ladies - that was the start of a forever relationship with Yoga and my journey into self-development, better living and understanding of my life purpose.
What started as a self-development and health improvement journey, led me to India, and into teaching Yoga and pursuing further education completing several certifications such as Classical Hatha Yoga, Integral Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Trauma Informed Fascial Yoga, etc.
I am passionate about the transformational powers of Yoga as a life philosophy and as a tool to keep body and mind youthful, sharp and flexible.
Life offered me great opportunities to share my passion: I teach in yoga studios in Portugal, at surf camps, on retreats abroad in Greece, Morocco, etc , in 5* hotels in Swiss Alps, in private setting and just for fun on the beach, rooftops and many other places.
Practicing and sharing the practice of Yoga is what makes my life meaningful and fulfilled with happiness and the humble feeling of being at service for a good cause.
As I grew as a yogini I kept exploring and learning about health and healing modalities that could enrich me as a person and all of these learnings became amazing tools to work with and spread the goodness.
Along the years I got certified and gained work experience in different types of massages and treatments such as: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Indian Head Massage; Craniosacral therapy, Bamboo massage, Myofascial release, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Cupping Therapy, Manual therapy for athletes, Aromatherapy, Gua Sha for face and body, Pinda massage, Lymphatic drainage, Thai reflexology and Thai massage, Lomi Lomi Bodywork.
Paralell to my Yoga practice and the body treatments I am also interested in the neurological aspect of human existence - so I studied Trauma Healing, Breathwork, Somatic experiencing and NLP- Neurolinguistic Programing and have achieved the Practitioner level.
My greatest desire and commitment is to share the benefits of this amazing practice , so I invite you to join my Yoga retreat - I prepared a programm for a 6 day retreat filled with yoga, breathwork, meditation, self-exploration sessions, giving and receiving massage practices, chakra awakening ,movement, journaling, wellness treatments, sunbathing, laughing and sharing circles, and a lot more.
